my dream job is being a Olympic runner.

Thanks for Reading!!!

  1. Hey there Maddison, nice to see you blogging during your summer holidays and working hard. Keep it up!

I've enjoyed reading the comparisons you've made between the traditional wharepuni and your own home. I like how you noted that your house is lacking statues and has more windows. What are some other differences or similarities you can identify? What about the number of rooms?

Thanks for also sharing your dream job with us. It's great that you have a big dream, I hope you make it to the Olympics one day. Thanks for drawing such an awesome picture to go with your writing too. Did you have a cross country at school this year? If so, how did you go?

  2. Hi Maddison!

My name is Ellee, I am another part of the Summer Learning Journey Crew that is commenting on your blogs this summer.

Looks like you have made a great start to the Summer Learning Journey! I hope you have also had a great Christmas and New Years break?

This is a really great post, I enjoyed reading about the differences between your house and a wharepuni, are there any similarities you can think of?
I really like the carvings over the wharepuni - I wish my house had this nowadays! Would you like carvings on your house too?

Wow! What a cool dream job! An Olympic runner sounds like a lot of hard work, do you train a lot for your running now?
Do you have an athlete or runner that you look up to?

Great job Maddison, hopefully we might see you back blogging soon!
    Ellee :)
